Dear Opportunity Junction Supporters,
Over the past year, we served a total of 810 individuals, helping 167 securing new jobs or promotions, achieving an average starting wage of $23.23 per hour. I am so proud of our trainees for their hard work, which has led to jobs they love, with better benefits and stronger pay.
This work is always a collective effort. I’m deeply grateful to our staff for their hands-on dedication, our supporters for making this work financially possible, and our volunteers for bridging gaps so we can operate as a nimble team, maximizing our impact with the resources we have.
