Opportunity Junction is helping job seekers and employers alike with the rollout of a NEW “5 Steps to Inclusive Hiring” training and toolkit for success.

Inclusive Hiring 500x700Opportunity Junction is committed to eliminating systemic barriers to employment in the workplace and in the community. Over the past few years, as part of our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) taskforce, OJ has been training local employers about the importance of inclusive hiring.

We launched our “Inclusive Hiring During a Pandemic” training back in 2021 and virtually shared our presentation with a variety of local constituents. This month, we launched the second edition of our inclusive hiring training, making it more succinct and pairing it with an updated toolkit for success.

Although we are not experts, we are happy to share our DEIB tools with our employer partners and the community. We are available to make presentations to employers, including "5 Keys for Inclusive Hiring."  Click here for an accompanying toolkit including our best practices.
