penny jar with leaf growingWe are proud and grateful to announce the following new grants and funding partnerships:

John Muir Community Health Fund: The John Muir Health Community Health Fund has renewed its grant support for the Healthcare Career Pathway program, as we continue to expand the model. This funding represents a partnership to create a supported pathway into the allied healthcare industry and to improve access to person-centered care within Contra Costa County's long-term support services system

SparkPoint Funders: The local and regional funders of SparkPoint Contra Costa have renewed their support for the collaborative, with a portion of that funding directed to support a career counselor at SparkPoint Contra Costa in Bay Point. The United Way of the Bay Area serves as a fundraiser and pass-through for the SparkPoint centers, and the Richmond Community Foundation serves as the fiscal agent and a co-lead agency for SparkPoint Contra Costa. Behind the scenes, Chevron is the largest supporter of SparkPoint Contra Costa.

Antioch Area Community Fund: The Antioch Area Community Fund at the East Bay Community Foundation supports nonprofits and programs improving the lives of Antioch residents. We are grateful to have received a grant for general support, which helps us use the funds where they are most needed, including to expand our successful Healthcare Career Pathway.
