The Lowell Berry Foundation: The Lowell Berry Foundation continued its multi-year relationship with Opportunity Junction with a grant toward support of the Administrative Careers Training (ACT) program.

First Republic Bank: First Republic Bank, via the Federal Home Loan Bank AHEAD program, committed funding to OJ's Healthcare Career Pathway (HCP) program. The AHEAD program has previously supported the ACT.

Tipping Point Community: Opportunity Junction's largest single funder, Tipping Point Community, continued its support of OJ's core operations. This contribution marks are decade of partnership between the organization, with Tipping Point providing strategic and programmatic guidance in addition to its financial support.</p

Educational Testing Service (ETS): ETS increased its support for Opportunity Junction through a grant to provide support to OJ's youth and college-aged participants. This grant will provide vital services to participants that will allow them to pursue advancing their careers.

Kaiser Permanente: The Kaiser Permanente Northern California Community Grants Program has awarded a multi-year grant to support our ACT and HCP programs. This funding comes at a time when both of these flagship programs are flourishing, with the HCP expanding to a second site and the ACT exploring funding options for an online-only version of the program.

JPMorgan Chase: JP Morgan Chase Global Philanthropy granted pilot funding to the HCP Career Advancement Project (CAP). CAP provides HCP CNA graduates with individualized coaching to advance beyond their initial placements.

Magic Cabinet: Magic Cabinet funded capacity-building efforts at Opportunity Junction, allowing executive employees to participate in vital training and planning programs that will support the health of the organization for years to come.

MUFG Union Bank: The MUFG Union Bank Foundation renewed its support of the ACT. Union Bank has recently announced a Community Recovery Program "specifically focused on building economic stability, including supporting access to capital, entrepreneurship, job retention, retraining, and providing critical social safety net services."

Justice, Justice Foundation: The Bay Area's Justice, Justice Foundation awarded an increased critical grant of unrestricted operating support, allowing Opportunity Junction flexibility to use the funds where most needed.

Share the Spirit: We have been awarded a generous Share the Spirit grant to support our annual Alumni Holiday Party. Share the Spirit is a partnership of the Bay Area News Group - East Bay Times and the Contra Costa Crisis Center.

CSAA: CSAA Insurance Group not only provided general operating support but also offered to engage in a pro bono project to better improve Opportunity Junction's data monitoring.
