Administrative Careers Training Program
Gain the Skills and Confidence to Start a Better Career
The Administrative Careers Training program helps job seekers successfully launch a variety of administrative careers. The program combines computer training with life skills, paid work experience, counseling and support, job placement assistance, and long-term alumni support. The training phase of the program is 12 weeks long, and the paid internship lasts for up to four months after that. Graduates typically enter employment as administrative assistants, clerks, and other office support positions.

We recruit for our Administrative Careers Training program three times per year: January, May, and September. This program only accepts residents of Contra Costa County. Class fees and tuition total $4,500. All costs are waived for low-income applicants.
