For example, we will share our contact information for a foundation that maintains a website with that information, but we will not give out the unpublished contact information for staff members of that foundation.
We will not sell our contact information, including email information, to any other organization, even one with a mission compatible with our own. Information about the activities of other organizations that may interest our contacts will be communicated, if at all, as a news item in our bimonthly newsletter.
We will publish the names of volunteers, donors, and others to whom we wish to offer our appreciation unless we are directed not to do so. We maintain an Anonymous field in our database, in addition to fields for Do Not Email and Do Not Call.
